Ius Ecclesiae is a “double blind peer review” journal, founded thirty years ago by the Faculty of canon Law of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross. It was published until 2006 by Giuffrè Editore (Milan) and since 2007 it has been edited by Fabrizio Serra Editore (Pisa – Rome).

Ius Ecclesiae aims to contribute to an ever more effective understanding of justice in the Church through doctrinal research, the study of jurisprudential praxis and administrative activity, and the presentation and study of universal and particular legislation, respectful of the diverse range of scientific perspectives. With the collaboration of canonists from various regions throughout the world, Ius Ecclesiae intends to provide an international panorama of the ecclesial juridical experience.
