The "Munus Regendi" of the "Christifideles Laici" in the Particular Church

Abstract

On the question of the munus regendi of the laity in the Church, this contribution adopts a normative orientation. It intends to delineate the peculiar meaning of the principle of intra-ecclesial cooperation of the lay faithful to the hierarchical government in order to ensure that the exercise of synodality develops in a proportionate way and in harmony with the constitutional dimensions of the Church.
