Abstract

This commentary addresses a case in which a teacher was revoked the missio canonica necessary for teach­ing in a Catholic academic institution. The Signatura ends up giving a sentence that recognizes the violation of the law in proceeding and decerning as well as granting the requested compensation for damages, both for those of a “mor­al” nature and for those arising from a material profile.
